People leave the places they work for three reasons.
First, they’re not making enough money.
Second, they don’t like the people they work with, or their work environment.
Third, they lack any chance for advancement.

It seemed very obvious to me: if people could earn a lot of money, in a professional and pleasant work environment, and have an opportunity to be equity partners, then people would be a lot more likely to stay.
This seems like something everyone knows: Keep your junior partners happy, and everyone will make more money.
Unfortunately, most workplaces don’t operate like this.
